General conditions of sale

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contractual Partner, Contract Conclusion, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with menstruflow GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer of the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Detailed information about any shipping costs that may apply can be found with the offers.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card

During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered PayPal customers based on their criteria. We have no influence on the offer of these methods; any additional payment methods offered concern your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

We acknowledge that every body reacts differently to pain relief, which is why we offer a straightforward return process. If you feel that ONEflow does not help with your pain, we will refund the full amount.

We have a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have the right and we encourage you to test your ONEFlow within these 60 days as often as possible to ensure it works for you.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find [here](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Consumers have the possibility to use this platform for resolving their disputes.

To resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we are obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The competent authority is the Consumer Arbitration Board for Consumers and Entrepreneurs e.V., Hohe Straße 11, D-04107 Leipzig, www.streitbeilegungsstelle.org. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this board.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Return Conditions within the Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for our ONEflow product. You can test the product and initiate a return within 60 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. If parts of the starter kit are missing upon return, the following amounts will be deducted from the refund price:

  • ONEflow connection cable: €4.95
  • ⁠ONEflow connection cable 65cm: €11.90
  • ⁠ONEflow original box including foam: €7.95 - each €4.95 individually
  • Case: €14.90
  • Instructions: €3.95
  • Charging cable: €4.95

For the return of replacement pads: Opened packaging of replacement pads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure all returned items meet the above conditions to receive a full refund.

7.2 Starting the Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@menstruflow.de. After confirming your return request, you will receive a shipping label and detailed instructions for the return. It is important that you follow our instructions to ensure a swift and hassle-free processing of the return and refund.

7.3 Shipping Costs

If you return the products in their original packaging (with unopened seal/sticker or shrink-wrapped) and unused, we will cover the costs for you. If you use the 60-day money-back guarantee and have already opened your ONEflow or removed the seal, we cannot cover the shipping costs. Please report the return in advance via email with the order number and the number of returned products.

7.4 Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval of your refund. Upon approval, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for the refund can take up to 7 business days. If items are excluded from the return or costs for missing parts are deducted, our customer service will inform you accordingly.

8. Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

9. Exchange

To initiate an exchange, send us an email at hello@menstruflow.de with the reason for the exchange, and we will try to respond within 48 hours.

10. Special Promotions

Please note that during special promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other special promotions, the shipping costs for returns cannot be covered by us. This regulation applies regardless of our usual leniency on returns or influencer codes. We ask for your understanding that the shipping costs for returns cannot be covered under special offer conditions.

13. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

13.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

13.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods and packaging which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods. 13.4 Shipping Costs
