1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with menstruflow GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs that may apply in the offers.

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:

Credit card

During the ordering process you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.

PayPal, PayPal Express

In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal and authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

We recognize that every body responds differently to pain relief, so we have a hassle-free returns process. If you feel that ONEflow is not helping you with your pain, we will give you a full refund.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from receipt of your item to request a return. You have the right, and we encourage you, to test your ONEFlow as often as possible within these 60 days to make sure it works for you.‍

6.3 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here . Consumers have the opportunity to use this platform to resolve their disputes.

In order to resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or as to whether such a contractual relationship even exists, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The responsible body is the Out-of-court Dispute Resolution Board for Consumers and Entrepreneurs, Hohe Straße 11, D-04107 Leipzig, www.streitbeilegensstelle.org . We will take part in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.

Return & Refund

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@menstruflow.de . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your package. Returns without prior request will not be accepted. Please note that you use the complete starter kit including the original packaging as a return. Pads that were not ordered with the starter kit are excluded from exchange.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exchange

To initiate an exchange, send us an email to hello@menstruflow.de with the reason for the exchange and we will try to respond within 48 hours.

Special promotions

Please note that during special promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas and other special promotions, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns. This regulation applies regardless of our other goodwill for returns or influencer codes. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to cover the shipping costs for returns under special offer conditions.

Shipping

If you send the products back in their original packaging (with an unopened seal sticker/sealed) and unused, we will cover the costs for you. If you make use of the 60-day money-back guarantee and have already opened your ONEflow or removed the seal, we unfortunately cannot cover the shipping costs. Please report the return in advance by email with the order number and number of returned products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods and packaging that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
