How to use the Flow Flex Bundle:

Clean and thoroughly dry the skin on your abdomen or back.
Peel the protective film off the Flow Pad and position it as instructed.
Plug the connection cable into the port on the ONEflow massage pad.
Connect the Flow Pad to the other end of the cable.
Select a mode and adjust the intensity to your personal comfort level.

Flow Pad Care: Replace the protective film after use; store in a cool, dry place. If adhesion begins to diminish, rinse with lukewarm water (without soap) and allow to dry completely.
Cable Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
