The ONEflow doesn't work for me. How can I take advantage of the 60 day money back guarantee?
If you send the products back in their original packaging (with an unopened seal sticker/sealed) and unused, we will cover the costs for you. To receive a return label, send us an email to hello@menstruflow.de or fill out the following contact form .
If you make use of the 60-day money-back guarantee, unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping costs. Please report the return in advance by email with the order number and number of returned products.
Special promotions
Please note that during special promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and other special promotions, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns. This regulation applies regardless of our other goodwill for returns or influencer codes. We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to cover the shipping costs for returns under special offer conditions.
I don't like one of the products, what can I do?
Please note that we no longer take back unpacked and worn pads for hygiene reasons. If the following points are met, you can return the product within 14 days of the shipping date:
- Unused
- Original packaging
Do I have a guarantee on my ONEflow?
If your ONEflow does not perform within normal tolerances due to a defect in materials or workmanship within a period of one year beginning with delivery from ONEflow, we will, at our sole discretion:
(a) Repair or replace ONEflow
(b) grant a credit in the amount of the purchase price
(c) provide free replacement.
In the event of a warranty claim, the date of purchase must be proven using the sales receipt or invoice. Warranty repairs should be made during the warranty period for either the ONEflow or the replacement parts.
The following cases are excluded from the guarantee:
(1) Damage caused by improper operation, e.g. failure to follow the instructions for use;
(2) Damage due to repairs or interventions by the customer or unauthorized third parties;
(3) Damage that occurs during transport from the seller (menstruflow GmbH) to the consumer;
(4) Accessories subject to normal wear and tear. The electrode pads, connection cables, silicone cover or gel pads are not covered.
D. Liability for direct or indirect consequential damage caused by ONEflow is excluded, even if the damage to ONEflow is recognized as a warranty claim.
I received an incorrect product. What can I do?
In this case, please send us an email to hello@menstruflow.de. The email should contain the following points: Order number Photo of all the items you received from us with the order and photo of the incorrect item.
