I did not receive a confirmation after placing my order. What should I do?
You will automatically receive your order confirmation by email within 24 hours. Please note that this can also end up in your spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation within this period, please feel free to contact us by email: hello@menstruflow.de
Can I change my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has the status "Preparation for Shipping", "Shipping" or "Delivered", we unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order.

Can I track my order?
Yes, your order will be shipped with a tracking number. You will find this in our confirmation email and can use it to track your order using the following link: Online shipment tracking
My order hasn't arrived. What can I do?
First of all, we apologize for that! To proceed further, we ask you to check whether your money has been debited and whether you have already waited at least 5 working days. We cannot influence delays in delivery times on the part of our shipping service provider, which can sometimes mean that it takes a little longer. We then ask you to track your order using the following online shipment tracking link. Is your order possibly with your neighbors or in a branch?

Do you also ship outside of Germany?
Since we imagine we live in a world in which all women and other menstruators can continue their everyday lives without restrictions during their period or if they have endometriosis, we of course deliver worldwide.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer the following payment options:

How much are the shipping costs?
National delivery within Germany is free from 80 EUR. After that we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.95 per order.
Individual prices are charged for international deliveries and we only deliver within the EU: Zone 1: €7.20 / Zone 2: €7.95 / Zone 3: €8.60 and free shipping for orders over €165.00. You can find the details about the zones here: Shipping
Is express delivery also possible?
Yes, so far only within Germany. DHL express delivery costs €19.99 and is available until the end of the day. Please note that DHL always collects parcels at 10 a.m. - if we receive your order by then, it will be delivered directly the next day (by the end of the day). All orders placed after 12 noon will be handed over to DHL the next day.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the estimated delivery date and the link to track your order (if the shipping method allows this).
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We will pack your order within 24 hours during working days. It will then be handed over to DHL and sent by goods post. This means your order receives a tracking number, is insured and the delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days. Please note that we are currently in PRESALE and will deliver from August 25th, 2023.
