What do the different colors of the indicator light mean?
The red indicator light lights up during charging. When fully charged, the red light goes out and the blue light stays on. When ONEflow is on, the blue light flashes. As the intensity increases, the blue light flashes faster.
What happens if I have misplaced the foil for my pads?
This has happened to all of us - so don't worry! Alternatively, you can simply use a piece of cling film or, even better, a plastic wrap/film. The stronger the film itself is, the better the shape of your pads will hold.
What should I consider before using my ONEflow?
Before you apply your ONEflow, you should prepare your skin:
- Trim excess hair in the treatment area instead of shaving to avoid skin irritation.
- Wash your skin and dry it completely.
The treatment area should be free of lotions/oils.
How do I use my ONEflow?
- Peel off the protective film on the pads (IMPORTANT: Save the protective film for reuse; it is best to put it back in your FREE menstruflow case)
- Stick ONEflow to your lower abdomen (and/or lower back).
- Choose between using the large flow pad plus the two small drop pads, just the small drop pads or just the flow pad.
- Briefly press the ON/OFF button on the ONEflow. By default, ONEflow starts in Mode 1 with the lowest intensity setting. The blue light indicates that ONEflow is on.
- Short press the ON/OFF button to switch modes. You can find the TENS modes in our attached instructions.
- Press the “+” or “-” to adjust the intensity.
- To turn off ONEflow, press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds. The LED goes out.
- After using ONEflow, be careful when removing it from your lower abdominal area. Reattach the protective films to the gel pads to protect them and store them in your menstruflow case.
What is the best way to store my ONEflow?
So that you can benefit from your ONEflow for as long as possible, we recommend keeping it away from water when storing it. It's best to use the menstruflow case we have included, which you can close airtight.
What is the best way to store my pads?
You should stick your pads back on the foil provided after each use. Please be careful not to lose them and protect the adhesive sides from dust. Here too - it's best to store it in our FREE menstruflow case.
How do I attach the device to the pads?
Before you proceed, make sure ONEflow is turned off. The large flow pad has two push buttons in the middle to which the device is attached. At the bottom of the device is the connection for the connecting cable for the small drop pads. You can also connect this and attach the two small drop pads to the end using the existing snap fasteners.
TIP: You can either attach the TENS device directly to the flow pad in the middle or connect it to the electrode cable for a to-go version. This means you can attach the device to your pants using the included clip, while the pad sticks hidden to your abdomen.
How do I switch between the 6 modes?
As soon as you have attached your ONEflow to your body and switched it on, it will begin therapy in mode 1. Briefly press the ON/OFF button to switch modes. It's best to try it out here to find out which mode suits you best. Our co-founder Polina, for example, prefers to use the 3rd or 6th mode.
Where is the best place to attach the pads?
Place the electrodes on the area where you feel pain. Perform treatments and adjustments based on your personal comfort. Our customers report that they usually wear it very low on their abdomen or lower back. You can either use just the large flow pad, just the drop pads (perfect for on the go) or all of them together.
