Where should I apply the pads?
Place your menstruflow Drop Pads (small) on the area where you feel pain. Depending on your personal comfort, you can make adjustments. Our customers report that they usually wear the menstrual pad deep in the abdomen or on the back. You can use either just the large Flow Pad, just the Drop Pads (perfect for on the go), or all together.
How often should I change the pads from ONEflow?
The frequency of changing the menstruflow Drop Pads (small) depends on your individual use and personal comfort – do you also wear the pads during sports? Do you find too frequent use unhygienic? And so on. We are happy to help you figure out how often you should change the pads with our subscription model. After subscribing, you will regularly receive new pads in the selected period, so you never run out. Typically, the pads last up to 40 applications (1 application = sticking on and peeling off once).
