If parts of the starter kit are missing when returned, the following amounts will be deducted from the refund price:

The following applies to the return of replacement pads: Opened packaging of replacement pads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure that all returned items meet the above conditions to receive a full refund.
