The ONEflow massage pad generates gentle electrical massage impulses that create a massage sensation in the tissue. Users can choose from 6 pulse modes and 20 intensity levels. The device connects to the menstruflow app via Bluetooth and can be controlled discreetly from a smartphone.

The battery of the ONEflow massage pad lasts up to 10 hours of continuous use. This equates to a full workday without interruption. The device fully charges in around 40 minutes using the included charging cable.

What pad sizes are available for the ONEflow massage pad?

There are two types of pads: the large-area Flow Pad, designed specifically for covering larger areas, and the smaller Drop Pads, which are suitable for targeted application. Both types of pads can also be used simultaneously—for example, to use the ONEflow on both the front and back at the same time. Simultaneous use requires either the 25 cm or the 65 cm connecting cable. This can be purchased separately here in the shop.

Is there an app for the ONEflow massage pad?

Yes. The menstruflow app is available for free for iOS and Android and allows for full control of the ONEflow massage pad via Bluetooth. Within the app, you can adjust the pulse mode and intensity, activate sleep mode, and connect the device automatically—without manual pairing. The app is continuously being developed.

Is the ONEflow massage pad reusable?

The ONEflow massage pad itself is reusable indefinitely and charges via a USB-C cable. The adhesive pads (Flow Pad and Drop Pads) are reusable but lose their stickiness over time; they can be reordered separately from the menstruflow shop.
