How do I use the Flow Pad?

- Peel the protective film off the Flow Pad and position it on the desired area—exactly where you find it most comfortable.
- Attach the ONEflow massage unit using the snap fastener.
- Switch it on, select a mode, and adjust the intensity to your personal preference.
