Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. You are a consumer if you, as a natural person, enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with menstruflow GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English. We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further details regarding applicable shipping costs can be found in the individual offers. We only ship by mail. Unfortunately, pickup of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:
- Credit card: You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
- PayPal, PayPal Express: In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal immediately after you place your order. You will receive further information during the ordering process. PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in their customer accounts. However, we have no influence on the availability of these methods; other individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find further information about this in your PayPal account.
6. Warranty and guarantees
6.1 Liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees and customer service
We recognize that every body responds differently to pain relief. Therefore, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt for the ONEflow TENS device (including the Ultimate Comfort Bundle, if it includes a ONEflow). This guarantee is voluntary and does not represent a cure for any medical condition. It does not apply to accessories, replacement pads, bundles without a ONEflow, or digital products. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Return costs within the 60-day guarantee:
- Using our return label: A flat-rate return shipping fee of €3.95 per return will be charged. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Self-shipping (own postage): The flat rate of €3.95 will not be deducted. We do not reimburse the shipping costs you pay. Please only send the goods via insured shipping with tracking. The risk of transport (e.g., loss/damage) remains with you as the sender until the shipment is received by us. If an uninsured shipment or one sent without tracking is lost, no refund can be issued.

6.3 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. Consumers have the opportunity to use this platform to resolve their disputes. To resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer, or regarding whether such a contractual relationship even exists, we are obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The responsible body is the Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Board for Consumers and Entrepreneurs eV, Hohe Straße 11, D-04107 Leipzig, www.streitbeilegungsstelle.org . We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this board.
7. Return & Refund
7.1 Return conditions within the money-back guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for our ONEflow product. You can test the product within 60 days of receipt and return it if you are not satisfied. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. If any parts of the starter kit are missing upon return, the following amounts will be deducted from the refund price:
- ONEflow connection cable 25cm: 4.95€
- ONEflow connection cable 65cm: 14,90€
- ONEflow original box including foam: €7.95 - each individually €4.95
- Case: 14,90€
- Instructions: 3.95€
- Charging cable: 4.95€
Regarding the return of replacement pads: Opened packaging of replacement pads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure that all returned items meet the above conditions to receive a full refund.
7.2 Start of the return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@menstruflow.de . After your return request has been confirmed, you will receive detailed return instructions. It is important that you follow our instructions to ensure a quick and smooth return and refund process.
7.3 Shipping costs
7.3.1 Returns via our online shop ( www.menstruflow.de )
We provide a return label for returns. When using our return label, a flat-rate return shipping fee of €3.95 per return will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the refund, regardless of the product's condition.
Self-shipping (own postage): If you arrange the return at your own expense, the flat rate of €3.95 will not be deducted. We do not refund shipping costs you paid. Please select insured shipping with tracking and send us the tracking number by email to hello@menstruflow.de . The transport risk (e.g., loss/damage) lies with you as the sender until the shipment is received by us. If an uninsured shipment or one sent without tracking is lost, no refund can be issued.
Please notify us of any returns in advance by email to hello@menstruflow.de , stating the order number and the returned items.
7.3.2 Returns via external sales platforms (e.g. Amazon)
If the return was initiated directly through the platform, we will refund a flat rate of €3.95 towards the return shipping costs upon presentation of proof of return (unless the platform already covers these costs). If the return is made by the customer outside of the platform workflow, section 7.3.1 applies (no deduction of the flat rate, no reimbursement of your shipping costs; insured shipping with tracking is required; you bear the transport risk until the goods are received).
7.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, you will be notified of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs and opened pads are non-refundable. Please note that processing your refund may take up to 15 business days. If any items are excluded from return or if costs for missing parts are deducted, our customer service team will inform you accordingly.
7.5 Exclusion of return for digital products
Please note that digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable PDF documents, or other digital content) are non-returnable. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that cancellation and return are excluded once the product has been made available. This is in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the sale of digital goods.
8. Damage and problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
9. Exchange
To request an exchange, send us an email to hello@menstruflow.de with the reason for the exchange and we will try to respond within 48 hours.
10. Special offers
During special promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), the return policy remains unchanged as per Section 7.3. A flat-rate return shipping fee of €3.95 per return shipment will always apply.
11. Using the menstruflow app
The menstruflow app is used to control the ONEflow (version V3 with Bluetooth). This control function is and will remain permanently available free of charge. The app will be published in the app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) and can be downloaded there.
11.1 Future features and monetization
The menstruflow app will be expanded with additional features in the future. Use of these additional features may be subject to a fee. Menstruflow reserves the right to offer a subscription or one-time payment for one or more of these future features. Information regarding pricing, subscription terms, and payment methods will be announced when the respective features are introduced.
11.2 Advertising and subscription to deactivation
The menstruflow app may contain advertising. You may have the option to disable advertising through a paid subscription.
11.3 Use without a user account
Using the app to control the ONEflow device does not require a user account. However, future features may require registration. Details will be announced as the features are released.
11.4 Disclaimer
Menstruflow is not responsible for any damage or limitations in use caused by technical problems, inadequate Bluetooth connection, or incompatibility of the end devices.
12. Cancellation policy
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
12.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (menstruflow GmbH, Wexstr. 28, 10715 Berlin, Germany, hello@menstruflow.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
12.2 Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods and packaging which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Return shipping costs in the event of cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, we will provide you with a return label and charge a flat-rate return shipping fee of €3.95 per return. If you choose to pay your own postage, we will refund a maximum of €3.95 upon presentation of proof. However, returning a ONEflow in its original packaging and sealed (with the foil/seal unopened) is free of charge within the 60-day warranty period. Your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected.
- Return shipping costs in the event of cancellation: If you use our return label, we charge a flat-rate return shipping fee of €3.95 per return; this fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item yourself (pay your own postage), the flat rate will not be deducted; we will not refund any shipping costs you incur. If you choose to ship the item yourself, please select insured shipping with tracking. The risk of transport (e.g., loss/damage) remains with you as the sender until the item is received by us. If an uninsured shipment or one sent without tracking is lost, no refund can be issued. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
12.3 Right of withdrawal for Flow & Drop Pads subscription
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the first goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (menstruflow GmbH, Wexstr. 28, 10715 Berlin, email address: hello@menstruflow.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
12.4 Shipping costs
For returns using our return label, we charge a flat-rate return shipping fee of €3.95 per return (see sections 7.3 and 12.2). Alternatively, you can choose to ship the item yourself (pay your own postage): In this case, the flat rate will not be deducted; we will not refund any shipping costs you incur. Please use insured shipping with tracking and send us the tracking number by email to hello@menstruflow.de . The risk of transport (e.g., loss/damage) remains with you as the sender until the item is received by us.

- ONEflow: The TENS device offered by menstruflow.
- Accessories and other products: All non-ONEflow items (e.g., replacement pads, cables, cases, non-ONEflow bundles, digital products).
- Sealed/original packaging: Original packaging with intact foil/seal (unopened). A damaged or removed seal/foil closure is considered open.
