1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. You are a consumer if you, as a natural person, enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to your commercial nor your self-employed professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase agreement is concluded with menstruflow GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we are making you a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English. We save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.
4. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find more detailed information about any applicable shipping costs in the individual offers. We only ship via mail. Unfortunately, in-person pickup of goods is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
• Credit card: You enter your credit card details during the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.
• PayPal, PayPal Express: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after you place your order. You will receive further information during the ordering process. PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account of registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; any additional individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. 6. Warranty and Guarantees
6.1 Warranty Law
The statutory warranty rights apply.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
We recognize that everyone's body responds differently to pain relief. That's why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on the ONEflow TENS device (including the "Ultimate Comfort Bundle," if it contains a ONEflow) from the date of receipt. This guarantee is a voluntary service and does not constitute a claim to cure any disease. It does not apply to accessories, replacement pads, bundles without a ONEflow, or digital products. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Return shipping costs within the 60-day guarantee: Self-shipping (own postage): Please send the goods exclusively via insured shipping with tracking. The transport risk (e.g., loss/damage) remains with you as the sender until the goods are received by us. If an uninsured shipment/shipment sent without tracking is lost, no refund can be issued.

6.3 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. Consumers have the option of using this platform to resolve their disputes. We are obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board to resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer, or regarding whether such a contractual relationship even exists. The competent body is the Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Board for Consumers and Businesses e.V., Hohe Straße 11, D-04107 Leipzig, www.streitbeilegungsstelle.org . We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this body.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Return conditions within the money-back guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on our ONEflow product. You can test the product within 60 days of receipt and return it if you are not satisfied. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned including all original accessories and packaging. If any parts of the starter kit are missing upon return, the following amounts will be deducted from the refund:

7.2 Start of the return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@menstruflow.de . After your return request has been confirmed, you will receive detailed return instructions. It is important that you follow our instructions to ensure a quick and smooth return and refund process.
7.3 Shipping costs
7.3.1 Returns via our online shop ( www.menstruflow.de )
Self-shipping (own postage): Please be sure to choose insured shipping with tracking and send us the tracking number by email to support@menstruflow.de . The transport risk (e.g., loss/damage) remains with you as the sender until the package arrives at our warehouse. No refund can be issued for uninsured shipments sent without tracking.
Please notify us of any returns in advance by email to support@menstruflow.de, stating the order number and the items being returned.
7.3.2 Returns via external sales platforms (e.g. Amazon)
Only available via self-shipping with insured shipping and tracking required; transport risk remains with you until goods are received.
7.4 Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, you will be notified of your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs and any opened pads are non-refundable. Please note that refund processing may take up to 15 business days. If any items are excluded from returns or if costs will be deducted for missing parts, our customer service team will inform you accordingly.
7.5 Exclusion of returns for digital products
Please note that digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable PDF documents, or other digital content) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that cancellation and return are excluded once the product delivery has begun. This is in accordance with legal regulations governing the sale of digital goods.
8. Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can evaluate and rectify the problem.
9. Exchange
To arrange an exchange, please send us an email to support@menstruflow.de stating the reason for the exchange and we will try to reply within 72 hours.
10. Special Offers
During special promotions (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), the return rules according to section 7.3 remain unchanged.
11. Using the menstruflow app
The menstruflow app is used to control the ONEflow (version V3 with Bluetooth). This control function is and will remain permanently free of charge. The app is available for download in the app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).
11.1 Future Functions and Monetization
The menstruflow app will be expanded with additional features in the future. Use of these additional features may be subject to a fee. Menstruflow reserves the right to offer a subscription or one-time payment for one or more of these future features. Information regarding pricing, subscription terms, and payment methods will be announced upon the introduction of each feature.
11.2 Advertising and subscription deactivation
The menstruflow app may contain advertising. You may have the option to disable the advertising by purchasing a paid subscription.
11.3 Use without a user account
Using the app to control the ONEflow device does not require a user account. However, registration may be required for future features. Details will be announced when each feature is introduced.
11.4 Disclaimer
Menstruflow is not responsible for damages or limitations in use caused by technical problems, insufficient Bluetooth connection or incompatibility of the end devices.
12. Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
12.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (menstruflow GmbH, Wexstr. 28, 10715 Berlin, Germany, support@menstruflow.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
12.2 Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: contracts for the supply of sealed goods and packaging which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Return shipping costs in case of cancellation: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be sure to choose insured shipping with tracking. The risk of loss or damage during transport remains with you as the sender until the package is received by us. No refund can be issued for uninsured shipments sent without tracking. Your statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.
12.3 Right of withdrawal for Flow & Drop Pads subscription
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the first goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (menstruflow GmbH, Wexstr. 28, 10715 Berlin, email address: support@menstruflow.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
12.4 Shipping costs
Returns must be sent via self-shipping (postage at your own expense): Please use insured shipping with tracking and send us the tracking number by email to support@menstruflow.de . The risk of loss or damage during transport remains with you as the sender until the package arrives at our warehouse.

Sealed/original packaging: Original packaging with intact foil/seal (unopened). A damaged or removed seal/foil closure is considered opened.
