1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with menstruflow GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information on any shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods
yourself.

5. Payment

In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will
be charged immediately after you place your order.

PayPal, PayPal Express

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; other individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find further information on this in your PayPal account.

6. Warranty and guarantees
6.1 Liability for defects

The statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Warranties and customer service

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact terms and conditions can be found on the product itself and on special information pages in the online store.

We recognize that every body responds differently to pain relief, so we have a hassle-free returns process. If you feel that ONEflow is not helping you with your pain, we will give you a full refund.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from receiving our item to request a return. You have the right and we encourage you to test your ONEFlow as much as possible within those 60 days to make sure it works for you.‍

6.3 Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution
(ODR), which you can find here . Consumers have the opportunity to
use this platform to resolve their disputes.

In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or as to whether such a contractual relationship even exists, we areobliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The Out-of-court Dispute Resolution Board for Consumers and Entrepreneurs eV, Hohe Straße 11, D-04107 Leipzig, www.streitbeilegungsstelle.org is responsible. We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this board.

7. Return & Refund
7.1 Return conditions within the money-back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for our ONEflow product. You can test the product within 60 days of receipt and return it if you are not satisfied. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned including all original accessories and the original packaging. If parts of the starter kit are missing when returned, the following amounts will be deducted from the refund price:

  • ONEflow connection cable: 4.95€
  • ONEflow connection cable 65cm: 11.90€
  • ONEflow original box including foam: 7.95€
  • Individual foam: 4.95€
  • Case: 14.90€
  • Instructions: 3.95€
  • Charging cable: 4.95€

The following applies to the return of replacement pads:

Opened packaging of replacement pads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure that all returned items meet the conditions above in order to receive a full refund.

7.2 Start of the return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@menstruflow.de. After your return request is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions for the return. It is important that you follow our instructions to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and refund process.

7.3 Shipping costs

If you return the products in their original packaging (with an unopened sealing sticker/shrink-wrapped) and unused, we will cover the costs for you. If you have already opened the products or removed the seal, we unfortunately cannot cover the shipping costs. Please notify us of your cancellation in advance by email with the order number and the number of products being returned.

7.4 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, you will be notified that your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be made to your original payment method. Shipping costs and pads that have already been opened will not be refunded. Please note that the processing time for the refund can take up to 15 business days. If items are excluded from return or costs for missing parts are deducted, our customer service will inform you accordingly.

8. Damage and problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

9. Exchange

To request an exchange, send us an email to hello@menstruflow.de with the reason for the exchange and we will try to respond within 48 hours.

10. Special offers

Please note that during special promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas and other special promotions, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns. This rule applies regardless of our other goodwill for returns or influencer codes. We ask for your understanding that under special offer conditions, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns.

13. Cancellation policy

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

13.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (menstruflow GmbH, Wexstr. 28, 10715 Berlin, Germany, hello@menstruflow.de , telephone: +49 176 61049100) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

13.2 Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods and packaging which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

13.3 Right of withdrawal for Flow & Drop Pads subscription

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the first goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (menstruflow GmbH, Wexstr. 28, 10715 Berlin, email address: hello@menstruflow.de ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

13.4 Shipping costs

If you return the products in their original packaging (with an unopened sealing sticker/shrink-wrapped) and unused, we will cover the costs for you. If you have already opened the products or removed the seal, we unfortunately cannot cover the shipping costs. Please notify us of your cancellation in advance by email with the order number and the number of products being returned.
