Can I use my ONEflow during pregnancy?

No, the use of ONEflow during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. If you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, you should consult your gynecologist before using ONEflow.

Are there any side effects from using ONEflow?
The ONEflow TENS device itself has no side effects. The pads we use are generally well-tolerated, and side effects are rare. Furthermore, the pads are latex-free and suitable for allergy sufferers. However, should you experience skin irritation or similar issues, please discontinue use and consult a gynecologist.
Does ONEflow also help with endometriosis pain?

Definitely! ONEflow is designed to relieve primary menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). But it can also help relieve the pain of secondary menstrual pain due to conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, adenomyosis, or pelvic inflammatory disease.

Can other people next to me hear it when I have ONEflow turned on?
No! The device is completely silent, so no noise will be heard. With the Drop Pads, you can even wear it so discreetly that no one will even notice it.
I have an IUD inserted. Can I use ONEflow with it?
Yes, you can use our ONEflow TENS device even if you have an IUD. It works with both copper and hormonal IUDs. However, if you are unsure, please consult a gynecologist beforehand.
Is using ONEflow safe?
How best to put this? It almost seems too good to be true – TENS technology has been around since the 1970s and has been continuously refined over time, becoming ever safer. Is ONEflow suitable for every woman and menstruating person?
ONEflow is a universal remedy for menstrual discomfort and can be used safely by most women and other menstruating individuals. However, if you have any pre-existing health conditions or are unsure about anything, we recommend consulting a gynecologist before first use.
Is ONEflow waterproof (e.g., for showering)?
No, ONEflow is not waterproof. Please ensure that the device and pads are dry before and during use. Your ONEflow must never come into contact with water to ensure proper function and prevent damage.

Is ONEflow rechargeable or does it require batteries?
ONEflow is a rechargeable device because we want it to be your constant companion. It comes with a USB charging cable, so you can easily recharge it whenever you need it. You can connect the charging cable to a laptop or to a wall outlet using a USB power adapter (output: max. 5V/2A). It takes approximately 40 minutes to fully charge your ONEflow, and the battery lasts up to 8 hours (net runtime).
Can it completely stop the pain?

Everyone's pain perception and tolerance are different. Therefore, we can't say with 100% certainty that it will completely stop the pain for everyone. BUT it is extremely effective in treating and reducing pain. In most cases, the pain relief is so significant that it feels like you've flipped the 'off' switch for your cramps.

Can I wear the ONEflow on the go?

Absolutely! The design and shape were specifically developed so you can wear them anywhere – especially outside your home. The Drop Pads are the perfect on-the-go solution. Just please don't wear them while swimming or showering, and avoid all contact with water.

Can I leave my ONEflow on while sleeping?

Many of our customers use ONEflow while they sleep. It's not harmful. However, for safety reasons, we advise against it, as it could detach during sleep and get onto areas like your neck or face.

Can I use ONEflow for other conditions as well?

ONEflow is specifically designed to relieve period pain – as are the pads, which are perfectly shaped for your lower abdomen and back. The good news, however, is that TENS devices have been used in physiotherapy for many years to relieve other types of pain – especially muscular pain and thus muscle relaxation. IMPORTANT: This should always be done in consultation with a gynecologist.

Can I wear ONEflow while exercising?

Yes, you can wear ONEflow while exercising. The device is small and discreet and can easily be worn under your clothes. It was designed for an active lifestyle, so you can relieve menstrual pain during your workout. Just not while swimming!

Can ONEflow be used while charging?

No, for safety reasons, ONEflow cannot be used while charging. Please wait until the device is fully charged before using it.

Do the pads fit every body type?

Pain varies greatly and isn't a one-size-fits-all experience – but ONEflow aims to be just that – a one-size-fits-all solution for every body. The technology works by stimulating something we all have: dermatomes on our skin. ONEflow's electrode pads are designed to move comfortably and adapt flexibly to all body shapes. The different pads allow you to freely choose what works best for your body. Additionally, our pads have the largest possible contact area for maximum pain relief.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the estimated delivery date and provide a tracking link (if the shipping method allows).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We pack your order within 24 hours on weekdays. It is then handed over to DHL and shipped via standard mail. This means your order receives a tracking number, is insured, and delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Does my ONEflow come with a warranty?

What do the different colors of the indicator light mean?

The red indicator light illuminates during charging. When fully charged, the red light goes out and the blue light remains on. When ONEflow is switched on, the blue light flashes. The flashing speed increases with the intensity of the charge.

What happens if I misplace the protective film for my pads?

This has happened to all of us before – so don't worry! Alternatively, you can simply use a piece of cling film or, even better, a clear plastic sleeve/film. The sturdier the film itself, the better your pads will retain their shape.

What should I be aware of before using my ONEflow?

Before applying your ONEflow, you should prepare your skin:

  • Trim excess hair in the treatment area instead of shaving it to avoid skin irritation.

  • Wash your skin and dry it completely.

  • The treatment area should be free of lotions/oils.

How do I use my ONEflow?

What's the best way to store my ONEflow?

To ensure you get the most out of your ONEflow, we recommend keeping it away from water during storage. For this, we recommend using the menstruflow case we've included, which can be sealed airtight.

What's the best way to store my pads?

After each use, you should reattach your pads to the provided adhesive strips. Please be careful not to lose them and protect the adhesive sides from dust. Again, it's best to store them in our FREE menstruflow case.

How do I attach the device to the pads?

Before you continue, make sure ONEflow is switched off. The large Flow Pad has two snap fasteners in the middle for attaching the device. At the bottom of the device is the connection for the small Drop Pads' cable. You can connect this cable and then attach the two small Drop Pads to the existing snap fasteners at the end of the cable.

TIP: You can either attach the TENS unit directly to the Flow Pad in the center or connect it to the electrode cable for a portable option. This allows you to attach the unit to your trousers with the included clip, while the pad remains discreetly attached to your lower abdomen.

How do I switch between the 6 modes?

Once you have attached and switched on your ONEflow, it will begin therapy in mode 0. Briefly press the ON/OFF button on the ONEflow to switch modes, or use the app directly.

The best way to find out which mode suits you best is to try them out. Our co-founder Polina, for example, prefers modes 3 and 6.

Where is the best place to attach the pads?

Place the electrodes on the area where you feel pain. Perform treatments and adjustments based on your personal comfort. Our customers report that they usually wear it very low on their lower abdomen or lower back. You can use either just the large Flow Pad, just the Drop Pads (perfect for on the go), or all of them together.

How long do the pads last?

Our pads last for approximately 30 uses. One use means: applying the pad once and then removing it.

If your cycle lasts about 28 days and you have pain on 2 days, you will only need an average of 2-4 pads per year*.

When you subscribe to our service, you'll regularly receive replacement pads for your ONEflow TENS device to relieve period pain. You decide whether you want to receive both Flow Pads and Drop Pads, or just one of the two. With just a few questions, we can tailor the subscription specifically to you and your cycle. We understand that every menstrual cycle is unique. That's why we offer flexible options for our subscription model.
