How is the ONEflow massage pad used?

  2. Attach the Flow Pad to the desired area.

The menstruflow app’s Sleep Mode automatically reduces the pulse intensity for nighttime use.

What pad sizes are available for the ONEflow massage pad?
There are two types of pads: the large-area Flow Pad, designed specifically for covering larger areas, and the smaller Drop Pads, which are suitable for targeted application. Both types of pads can also be used simultaneously—for example, to use the ONEflow on both the front and back at the same time*. *Simultaneous use requires either the 25 cm or the 65 cm connecting cable. This can be purchased separately here in the shop.

Is there an app for the ONEflow massage pad?
Yes. The menstruflow app is available for free for iOS and Android and allows for full control of the ONEflow massage pad via Bluetooth. Within the app, you can adjust the pulse mode and intensity, activate sleep mode, and connect the device automatically—without manual pairing. The app is continuously being developed.

Is the ONEflow massage pad reusable?
The ONEflow massage pad itself is reusable indefinitely and charges via a USB-C cable. The adhesive pads (Flow Pad and Drop Pads) are reusable but lose their stickiness over time; they can be reordered separately from the menstruflow shop.

For whom is the ONEflow massage pad not suitable?

The ONEflow massage pad features a built-in battery and non-replaceable components; it is not designed to be repaired by the user or third-party repair shops. In the event of a defect, the statutory two-year warranty applies. We will replace the unit free of charge, provided the issue was not caused by user error or gross negligence.
